This wellhead fatigue software, renamed Wellhead Fatigue Manager, brings well data, analysis, and standardized workflows into one place, so operators can track and manage accumulated fatigue damage throughout the life of a subsea well. The platform integrates DNV-RP-E104, the recommended practice for wellhead fatigue analysis in use by more than 400 companies in 55 countries, and replaces fragmented, one-off engineering assessments with continuous, data-driven fatigue management

DNV will continue to develop the software for continuous monitoring of subsea wellhead integrity as more operators come on board, supporting safer operations and more efficient use of existing subsea infrastructure

The exploration well 25/7-13 was drilled by COSL Drilling Europe’s COSL Innovator semi-submersible rig, which is now moving on to production license 50 HS in the northern part of the North Sea, where it will drill the wildcat well 34/10-56 S, also operated by Equinor

The exploration well was not formation-tested, but extensive volumes of data and samples were collected, including cores and hydrocarbon samples. The water depth at the site is 126 meters, and the well has been permanently plugged and abandoned
