The Sustainability Hub is Vinidex’s answer to that gap. At the heart of the new Toowoomba facility is a purpose-built recycling processing plant that works in conjunction with two new high-capacity extrusion lines that produce corrugated drainage and stormwater pipes

Critically, none of this comes at the cost of pipe performance

Conventional processes can incorporate around 10 per cent recyclate without affecting quality, but going beyond that requires more control. Vinidex has invested in the technology and process controls needed to manage these variables, making it possible to incorporate significantly higher recyclate content in suitable products without compromising performance
